KER-EST Zrt. was founded in 1994 for the building and operation of  business premises that accommodate Profi discount food stores. During the past 10 years, the company constructed and leased 26 commercial real estates in the frame of long term (10-year) lease contracts.

 

Currently Ker-Est is expanding its real estate development profile: in addition to commercial real estate development the company started several projects  such as industrial and logistic parks, office buildings and housing programmes.
