We are looking for real estate suitable for the development of budget hotels and for commercial projects



1. We are looking for real estates of the following parameters for purchasing them

Profile: food retail trade.
Settlement: Budapest and countryside large cities (above 40,000 persons)
In the case of downtown locations
- Densely populated area (with about 6000-7000 inhabitants within 500 m)
- Public transport connection within 50 m
- Possibility of filling up with goods has to be ensured (real estates with corner lot or backside street connection are preferred)

In the case of residential block, outskirt, garden town locations
- Densely populated area (with about 6000-7000 inhabitants within 500 m)
- Location next to a main road, or a central entry portal well visible from the main road, with a public road connection that may be easily approached
- With minimum 20 parking positions

Lot size / building size
- On the ground floor there has to be a leasable area of at least 300 m2, provided there is below it an additional at least 200 m2 basement area.
-  On the ground floor a building of a floor area of at least 500 m2 may be established in case there is no basement below it, and if it meets the criteria given in Points 1-3.
